Excerpt from Portraits and Cities Final ProjectÂ
For my final project for a Digital Art class at Scripps College, I delved into portrait photography by photographing a selection of subjects and interviewed them about where they were from. Here, a student is pictured as her home city, San Francisco, blends into her skin and hair to emphasize the integral role one's origins play in one's identity.
